Writing a Will
For many, writing a Last Will & Testament is a daunting prospect; in fact, it is something that people have often procrastinated on for years.
As an Estate Planning Consultant, you will be trained in the legal implications of writing a Will and in delivering a professional service with empathy toward the client’s needs.
Our Estate Planning Consultants provide a complete service, from taking a client’s Will instruction to providing advice on Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and inheritance tax planning.
Our Estate Planning Consultants are given fully comprehensive training and are expected to attend regular professional development seminars; this supports our high standard of customer care and ensures they are kept informed on up-to-date practices and changes in legislation.
Flexible hours and working from home
In your journey to becoming a fully qualified Estate Planning Consultant with ELM Legal Services, you will be required to attend sessions at our head office in Bristol. During these sessions, you will receive full, comprehensive training, so you can rest assured that you are able to provide the highest level of service to our clients. After this period, and when you have demonstrated that you can meet performance targets, you will perform your role from the comfort of your home. Our internal marketing team will provide you with appointments and are on hand to support you with any questions and queries you may have.
As a fully trained Estate Planning Consultant, you will enjoy a generous commission, with realistic on-target earnings in excess of £40,000 per year.
