Planning for the future doesn't have to be complicated. All it takes is three simple steps.

Do I need a Will?

It is always recommended that everyone makes a Last Will & Testament, whatever their age. While no one likes to think about the need for a Will, most of those who have put a Will in place have done so for the peace of mind it offers. Once you have written a Will, you can rest assured that your loved ones will be provided for and your assets protected.

If you pass without a Will (or with a Will that is not legally valid or can’t be found), then you die ‘intestate’, and your property (the estate) must be shared according to the rules of intestacy.
