It’s been a year of growth, connection, and recognition for our team – one filled with new milestones and meaningful moments that made a real difference. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we’re excited to share some of the highlights with you.
Supporting Communities Through Partnerships
This year, we were delighted to partner with The Cinnamon Trust, a remarkable charity that provides practical support to elderly and terminally ill individuals, enabling them to continue caring for their beloved pets. Whether through dog walking, fostering, or providing long-term care when needed, The Cinnamon Trust plays a vital role in ensuring these cherished companions remain part of their owners’ lives during difficult times.
We also continued our valued partnership with Bristol Animal Rescue Centre, a dedicated charity that provides essential care, rehabilitation, and shelter to animals who are sick, injured, abandoned, or homeless. Their tireless work ensures that these animals are given the chance to recover, thrive, and find safe and loving homes.
Through legacy gifts in Wills, we were able to help raise an incredible £743,050 for these and other worthy causes. This amazing achievement is thanks to the generosity and kindness of our clients. You have made a real difference, and we are so grateful for your support.
Celebrating Our Achievements
We were honoured to be nominated for Estate Planning Firm of the Year (Boutique) at the prestigious British Wills and Probate Awards. This recognition is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our incredible team, who consistently go above and beyond to support our clients.
A key milestone was the opening of our new shopfront in Fishponds, Bristol. This welcoming space has allowed us to connect more closely with our local community, offering a friendly and approachable hub for expert estate planning advice. We’re thrilled to see how this has created opportunities for meaningful conversations and support for families navigating important decisions.
Another major achievement was the expansion of our Probate services, which are now available to everyone, not just existing clients. Under the leadership of our new Head of Probate, this development enables us to assist even more families during challenging times. With care, compassion, and professionalism at the heart of everything we do, we’re proud to be able to provide the guidance people need when they need it most.
We’ve also strengthened our relationships through a successful referral program, fostering valuable connections with clients and partners alike. At the same time, our new YouTube channel has allowed us to share practical estate planning advice with a wider audience, helping more people understand and plan for their futures.
Through all of this, we’re incredibly proud to have maintained a Feefo review status of ‘Exceptional’, a reflection of the trust you place in us and the commitment we have to delivering a service you can rely on.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we look forward to 2025, we’re excited to build on this year’s successes. We’re planning to host more seminars and webinars, making estate planning even more accessible and easy to understand for everyone. Education and accessibility will continue to be at the heart of what we do, ensuring we provide the guidance people need to make informed decisions about their future.
We’re also committed to expanding our YouTube channel, continuing to release practical and engaging content to support those who are curious about or actively undertaking estate planning. By growing this platform, we aim to reach an even wider audience, sharing clear, expert advice that simplifies complex topics and empowers individuals to plan with confidence.
In addition, we’re delighted to have partnered with two new charities. While we’ll share more about these exciting partnerships soon, we can’t wait to work together to make an even bigger impact in the coming year.
