Appointments

What to Expect

Please allow at least one and a half hours for your appointment, where you will be guided through the process of making a Will. Our consultant will ask all the relevant questions to complete your instructions and will provide additional guidance and advice on:

(i) Making Future Changes to your Will

(ii) Storing your Will Safely

(iii) Retrieving your Will

(iv) Options Available on Administering Estates

In the Meantime give some thought to who you’d like to inherit, who will act as Guardians to your children (if applicable), and who will act as Executors to administer your Estate.

Please collect as much relevant information for these people as possible, eg. names, addresses etc.

Once instructions are completed, our Legal Department will draft your Will which is then sent to you for approval and to be signed.

Our fixed fee for producing a standard Will is £99.00 (single or couple)
